How much does it cost to ship my order?
We offer real time shipping rates depending on your address. At the checkout, your shipping cost will be calculated. Our International shipping option is only DHL. International orders are shipped out Mondays & Thursdays.
I didn't receive my tracking number, where do I get mine?
Please send us an email with your Name & Order # and via our Contact Page.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided when your order has been shipped. Please be patient, as tracking information can take a few days to update. To track the progress of your order, please follow the links in your confirmation email, received after checkout.
Will I have to pay any duties on top of my International order?
Taxes & Duties are added to your DHL shipping option at check out and will not have to be paid for upon arrival to ensure your order gets to you quickly.
My item is lost in the mail, what do I do?
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.
Do you ship to my country?
Most likely, with a few exceptions. You can proceed to the checkout and our system will let you know.
When will my order arrive?
Your order is packed and shipped within 1-3 days of your purchase. Please advise this when choosing 1-Day Shipping option.
Average delivery time for domestic orders is 3-7 business days.
Average delivery time for international orders is 5-10 business days via DHL only. Note that International pick-ups are on Monday & Thursday - this could delay your order.
If you have purchased original made-to-order artwork, the creation process can take between 2-3 days. Framing takes 5-7 business days, and shipment up to 7 business days.
After your order is shipped from our warehouse, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses.
We ship on Mondays & Thursdays, with the exception of Australian Public Holidays AEST.
What if my package was returned to sender?
If your package is returned to us for any reason you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent again.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to hygienic reasons, there are NO returns or exchanges. We apologize for this inconvenience. All sales are final.
